How do I shop at Reliable Racing?

  1. Find a product you would like to purchase. If you know the Catalog Item Number, you can enter it or a keyword or brand name into the search box above. You'll be presented with the item(s) we carry.
  2. View the details of the item by clicking on the product picture or name.
  3. Select the item options (if available) and place the item in your Shopping Cart by clicking "Add to Cart".
  4. A window will popup telling you that the item was added to your Shopping Cart.
  5. To review the items in your Shopping Cart, click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the screen, or the at the top right of the page below your Cart Total.
  6. If you need to add additional items to your Shopping Cart, either select from the Category links above, use our search function.
  7. When you are finished shopping, click the Shopping Basket link, and select your shipping & processing option under "Shipping & Processing Charges". For more information about each shipping option, click on the "more info..." link for each option.
  8. Then click the "Checkout" button.
  9. For your convenience, we ask you to login, using your email address and password, or your current Account Number. Logging in retrieves your account information which we use to pre-fill the order form. If you are an existing customer and can't remember your password, click on the "Can't remember your password?" link and we can send you your account login info if your email address matches the one we have on file. For new customers, just enter your email address and a password. You will use this information the next time you login to our website.
  10. Once you are logged in, you can click "Proceed to Checkout", or go to "My Account" where you can check your order status and track your shipment.
  11. If you decide to checkout, the next step is to fill out your shipping, payment and billing information. If you received a print catalog from Reliable Racing, please enter the keycode from the back of your catalog. It is labeled KEYCODE: XXXXXX.
  12. Then click the "Review Order" button. You will be shown a summary of your order with sales tax (applicable only in New York State), oversize charges (if applicable), shipping, and your order total. Please check your Bill To and Ship To information.
  13. If you need to make changes to this information, click the "BACK" button on your browser, and change the information. Then hit Review Order again to return to the Order Confirm page.
  14. If you have any comments or special needs, pease enter them in the Order Comments box.
  15. Once you are ready to place your order, click the "Place Order" button ... and you're done!
You will receive a Order Confirmation email if the email you entered at login was valid. If any items are on backorder, you will receive an email notifying you. And when your order ships, we'll send you an email. If you want to check your order status, just go to My Account. You don't have to login to check your order status, just enter your account number.
