What if my package is damaged?
Carriers require that packages containing damaged items be inspected by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please notify the carrier at the time of receipt if the package received is damaged. An inspection by the carrier will be made and based upon the carrier's decision the product will be either replaced or its value refunded.
DO NOT DISCARD PACKAGING until the carrier's inspection and decision has been rendered. If you do, the carrier may deny the claim automatically and no resitution will be made.
