What if I'm outside of the United States?

Due to a recent increase in International Credit Card Fraud, we are manually processing all orders placed outside of the United States and Canada. If you are already a customer, you may be able to use your credit card to make payment. Otherwise, if your order is billing to, or shipping to a foreign address, we will normally require prepayment using a money order (US funds) or a wire transfer.

You will need to call to make arrangements to send a Money Order (US Funds Only), or Wire Transfer for your order. An additional US$20 fee will be added to Wire Transfer payments. If you are not a current customer, please note that your order will not be processed (removed from inventory) until we receive payment in full. Otherwise you can call to make arrangements to use your credit card for payment.

Also, our zip/postal code field only accepts 6 digits. If your zip/postal code is longer than 6 digits, please enter the entire zip/postal code into the "Order Comments" box.
