TAG HEUER HL553 Microphonic Detector

With a wider detection bandwidth than its predecessor, the New HL556 sensor detects and converts a sound signal into an impulse.  It uses the same housing as the HL551 Speech Amplifier and it has an adjustable sensitivity control coupled to a dynamic microphone. This device is designed to integrate with any TAG Heuer timing device and is adaptable to different sports, and scientific or industrial applications.  Connected to the CP540 Chronoprinter or the HL440 Minitimer, this device can be used to measure a reaction delay such as the gap between a start signal from a start light or a pistol shot.
